Status of stock required for jobs booked in the install date range: Schedule Pro jobs with product lines (categories 01–12), material status colours, crew, Sold To and Ship To. PDF matches the email attachment.

Automatic emails & layout

Automatic daily: to primary (+ optional CC) only — all jobs (tomorrow’s installs). On Fridays it includes Saturday + Monday. Automatic weekly: primary gets the full report (all jobs + summaries); each sales rep below gets a separate email with only their jobs (RFMS salesperson1). Manual Generate / PDF / Email on the Report tab is always all jobs for the range you pick — no per–sales rep split. Weekly installs window: Monday–Sunday of the following week. Saving these settings updates the automatic email schedule (no app restart needed).

Full weekly report and manually generated reports (HTML+PDF) go to the primary address and these addresses. Does not control per–sales rep / salesperson weekly emails below.
Each person receives only their jobs (matched to RFMS salesperson1) on the weekly run. When this list is empty it is filled from the server environment (SALES_REP_NAME_n / SALES_REP_EMAIL_n or SALESPERSON_NAME_n / SALESPERSON_EMAIL_n); order of lines in .env does not matter. Edit and Save. The full report with summaries still goes to the primary (and optional additional) addresses above.
Updates Days ahead and install dates on the Generate tab only when you Save and the current mode is Next N days (from today). Other presets (Tomorrow, Rest of week, Custom) are left unchanged.
Background PO confirmation scrub (Mon–Fri)

Up to four times per weekday (AEST per timezone above), searches sales-rep mailboxes (and Deleted Items when enabled) for supplier acknowledgements on installs within the days-ahead window. Matches On order and To be ordered lines (category 09 underlay excluded). On match, appends the confirmation reference to RFMS line notes and work order notes. Report-time supplier matching skips the background queue (bg_po_scrub) so work is not duplicated.
