Off = full template (slower). Applies to New range + colours draft.
Pick a category here to scope the AI / picklists / cost overlay to its full range of product codes (the matching master CSV from the AtoZ ShareDrive is loaded automatically). This supersedes the single “Product type” field on the New range tab — leave that blank for a category-wide run, or fill it to narrow to one product code within the category.
Product type codes — ProductCode*(FM) (RFMS export)

01 Carpet · 02 Vinyl · 03 Hybrid · 04 Timber · 05 Laminate · 06 Vinyl planks · 07 Vinyl tiles · 08 Carpet tiles · 09 Underlays · 10 Nosings & trims · 11 Accessories · 12 Commercial vinyl

Use the Advanced section on the Price list tab to limit cost updates by these type prefixes.

RFMS product cost file (PRODCOST-style)
  • Product sequence number (e.g. ProductSeqNum(DM)) — numeric, must be > 0; links the cost row to the product/colour line.
  • CostType* — single character: roll vs cut vs unit cost (exact codes are RFMS-defined).
  • Cost — numeric amount.
  • Start / end datesYYYYMMDD when used; may be blank for standard open-ended pricing.
  • This tab updates the full product export cost columns (roll/cut + your export’s date fields), not only a minimal cost-only file. See SUPPLIER_PRICING_OVERLAY.mdRFMS product cost file.
Advanced — matching, columns, PDF layout options
PDF headings override position: Job lot → cut; Pallet buy → roll; hard-flooring Item price column → roll/item service cost.
When the PDF has standard + trade + cut columns: trade → roll/item cost; 1st cut → CutCost(R); 2nd cut → SpecialRoll_ItemCost. Auto-enabled when those headers are detected.
Matched rows that get new costs; only if the cell is empty or zero.

Optional hints help the AI find specs in the PDF and confirm what is correct — printed PDF facts win. Output uses the packaged RFMS new-product import template (full column set). Upload a master CSV (or pick a category from the library above) so the server can read near-constant fields from your export — e.g. Store(FM), supplier, manufacturer, units — for AI priors and blank-cell defaults. Style/item codes missing on a line are copied from other colours in the same range, or auto-generated from supplier + range name when needed.

RFMS import — Store(FM) (Store Specific Products)
  • If Store Specific Products is off in RFMS, the Store column in the CSV is ignored on import.
  • If it is on: with Store By Number on, use the three-digit store in Store(FM); with Store By Number off, use the single-character store code.
  • Invalid store values halt the whole import (error shows store and CSV line number); no partial updates.
  • Server fills blank Store(FM) from the majority store in your master CSV when available (export may name the column Store), else RFMS_STORE_CODE; other safelisted columns copy across only when almost every master row agrees. Must still match Store By Number (numeric vs single character).
RFMS CSV — types & key fields (summary)
  • STRING(n) / NUMERIC / DATE(YYYYMMDD) — text length limits, decimals for money/spec fields, eight-digit dates when the column is date-only.
  • Supplier / manufacturer / style / fibre / quality / warranty columns are text; roll costs, cut, pad, installs, freight, rebates, Price1–12, conversions — numbers as in the PDF (ex-GST) or leave blank.
  • RollLength, RollWidth(R*)(FM), backing / pile — roll product context; ItemLength_RollMin / ItemWidth(I) for item or plank sizes.
  • PatternLength / Width / Drop — pattern sizing (feet/decimal inches per RFMS); Store(FM) only when Store Specific Products is on.
  • Full table: see SUPPLIER_PRICING_OVERLAY.mdRFMS product file CSV — data types & field notes.
RFMS product colours file (COLOR-style)
  • ProductSeqNum* — numeric link to the parent product line (e.g. ProductSeqNum(DM) on full export).
  • Color* / PrivateColor — text (~80 chars); export: Color(RI*), PrivateColor.
  • ColorNum* / PrivateColorNum — text codes; export: ColorNum, PrivColorNum.
  • ColorCategory, SKU, ManfSKU (mfg SKU), UPC — as RFMS defines; this import template may omit SKU/UPC/ManfSKU — add in RFMS or extend the template if required.
  • Details: SUPPLIER_PRICING_OVERLAY.mdRFMS product colors file.
Type a number or a word (e.g. carpet, laminate, vinyl plank) — the matching master CSV category is selected automatically.

Headings: Job lot→cut; Pallet buy→roll; hard-flooring Item price→roll/item.
One CSV row per range; cols F/G = supplier & private style; H = supplier product code from the list; colour columns left blank; each range keeps its own printed price. Uses full AI prompt automatically.
